I’m Veronica Lamas, a recent University of Michigan graduate with a degree in Economics and minors in Computer Science and UX Design.

Most recently, I worked at an AI video startup called Hypernatural across customer success, growth, and operations. I supported customers, managed billing operations, and created technical documentation for new AI integrations (huge MCP launch!) in partnership with engineering. Before that, as a Product Owner Intern at iManage, I led Agile sprints, developed user stories, collaborated with engineering and UX, and conducted competitive product research.

Beyond my core work, I love finding ways to be creative and build a personal brand. At iManage, I created social content highlighting the intern experience, and my time at Hypernatural gave me even more opportunities to experiment with video and storytelling. Outside of work, I enjoy creating and curating content on Pinterest and TikTok.

When I’m not working or creating, you can usually find me going to a new spot I found on Beli, catching up with friends in the city, or spending time with my nieces and nephews.
